Total Engineers is a mechanical engineering firm with over 60 years of combined experience in consulting engineering experience in the design and contract administration of MPFP Systems for a wide variety of building types and systems.  We hold professional engineering licenses in  Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina,Mississippi and Tennessee.

Although we can easily provide services on new buildings, we excel in renovation projects and correcting trouble projects. Our approach to renovation projects is best described as “boots on the ground”.  We conduct surveys, conducted by the partners, using thorough investigation techniques. Our experience and insight allow us to work with the design team as a partner to develop true collaborative designs for the owner.

One of our specialties is the design of ultra quiet auditorium.  An example of this is the Monroe County Fine Arts Center. The auditorium achieved NC 23.

Another specialty is advanced techniques for DDC control system integration and commissioning.

We have performed mold remediation projects in large projects, including correction of the underlying deficiencies. Whether the design is small, large or exotic, Total Engineers has the experience to provide successful services for these projects.

We also have experience in meeting budgets. We have respect for the owner’s money and work hard to deliver economical designs that meet the Owner’s needs.
