Central Georgia Technical College (Macon Campus):

  • Charles Jones Advanced Technology Center (2014):

    • Renovated 45,000 S.F Toys “R” Us building to be used as Advanced Technology Center for CGTC, Macon campus.

    • The project involved reusing existing constant volume DX rooftop units to serve new occupancy. This was done in order to meet the tight construction budget while maintaining owners need.

    • Converted existing Constant Volume System into variable volume variable temperature (VVVT) system.

    • Provided new VVVT boxes and control systems for the building.

    • Project contained Automated Assembly lab, Automated Process control Lab, Manufacturing Automation Lab, classrooms and meeting rooms.
