This project is a 1,100 seat Auditorium with 3,600 S.F. Stage and Display Gallery.  $8,250,029 Construction Cost.

 Monroe Fine Arts has received rave reviews about how good the building looks and how well the auditorium works. In fact one performer put down the mike and sang without assistance from the sound system.  Part of this ability is the fact that the HVAC system is imperceptible in the auditorium. The unusual trait of the system is that it accomplished with rooftop units and no duct silencers.  Cooperation between the Architect and all of the consultants made this possible.  It is what collaboration can create. The system allowed us to deliver great performance while maintain the budget.
