  • Brand new 25,000 S.F Middle school building.

  • Project involved designing 60-ton VAV Roof top unit with centralized DDC control system to meet client’s need.

  • Building contained 12 classrooms, laboratory rooms, teacher’s work rooms, and office spaces.
