The design for this HVAC only renovation was designed in a six month period and was completed in July of 2013. Construction was completed in March 2014. The project involved transformation of the existing industrial plant HVAC designs into systems suitable for offices and classrooms. The existing systems were oversized and could not control humidity and temperature in the new occupancy environment. We utilized existing air handlers and provided new boiler, chillers, ductwork and controls suited to the new occupancy. Project has reduced electrical consumption by over 30%.
